Heritage redefined
The historic character of the building is defined by its striking façade—a respectful homage to the enduring legacy of this iconic Vancouver landmark. Originally constructed in 1928, the former Northern Electric Building is a designated heritage site, celebrated for its architectural and cultural significance within the city.
Three façades of the original heritage structure will be meticulously preserved and restored in accordance with heritage conservation standards.
